Cancellation Policy
Users can cancel their services by providing prior written notice as per the individual service agreement terms, accessible at technopreneurs.org.in. Cancellations must be communicated through the official contact details provided on our the Company’s website.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed based on the terms outlined in the individual service agreements, accessible at technopreneurs.org.in. Refunds are not provided for services already rendered, till such date of cancellation. If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 25 (twenty five) business days from the cancellation date. Upon approval of your refund request, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services, once availed, are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, coworking space bookings, event registrations, and specialized consultancy services. Failure of the User to utilise a scheduled service without prior cancellation shall not result in initiation of a refund.
Changes to the Policy
The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website technopreneurs.org.in.
